Sports now and sports back then were different because of how the rules change over time. The way how sports are played and talked about are all different from back then. For example, the Yankees reports were always in competition to have the best story and they are all fighting to have their story published.They were mostly written into a newspaper. Today, we don’t really use printed newspapers anymore because of all the technology.

As people read more More people went to baseball games, more people followed baseball, and more people started to play. The Yankees were getting so much hate back then and that brought them more confidence to win and beat the Red Sox in the World Series. People went on strikes back then because of the way how baseball was turning out and It got to the point where people didn’t want to do the press anymore.
